Strategy and fund structuring for TradeMark East Africa to develop new Trade Finance funding mechanisms that address market gaps for East Africa's horticulture sector. Our work involved market research, financial modeling and structuring, and strategic analysis to determine what mechanisms would best unlock market needs. The result was a blended fund currently being implemented.
