Supporting Uganda’s Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation to Shape Climate Action and Policy

We supported Uganda's Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation to draft a strategic plan guiding Uganda’s investment in climate innovation. As part of that work we co-hosted Uganda's inaugural Climate Tech Summit in partnership with Uganda's Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation and Consonance Investment. 

We convened 80+ delegates from 20+ countries to craft a strategic climate framework, shaping public-private collaboration in climate action. This strategic framework and implementation plan was also then used as one of UG's core presentations from the government at COP 29 for investment and has since been  adopted as the formal roadmap for the Innovation Secretariat guiding investment and sustainable investment in climate for the country.
