Served as Investment Attraction advisor for FCDO's Sustainable Urban Economic Development (SUED) programme in Kenya, supporting fast-growing municipalities to develop climate-smart PPP projects, conduct feasibilities, and attract investment. Over three years, OCA worked with three municipalities to review dozens of projects, with a focus on climate smart agriculture and water & waste. We successfully closed closed multiple transactions including Waste-to-Value, fruit processing, climate-resilient stormwater drainage, and others, working with private sector and county governments.
