USAID WASH-FIN: Mobilized capital for the Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Financing (WASH-FIN) program across 7 countries

Served as technical lead to mobilize capital and design blended/pooled finance for USAID's Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Financing (WASH-FIN) program, a 5-year USAID funded program to close financing gaps to achieve universal access to water and sanitation services. We worked across seven countries (Kenya, Senegal, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia, Nepal & Cambodia), with a focus on improving operations for water service providers, structuring and raising blended finance, and building sector capacity for improved regulation.
