International Foundation: Driving strategies to improve livelihoods for urban refugees

Partnered with leading foundation and an international refugee-focused NGO to design and implement market-based strategy to improve livelihoods for urban refugees. We first prepared actionable private sector engagement strategies, value chain integration approaches, and market-systems development plans, and followed that with direct implementation support, working closely with large anchor players across textiles, transport, and consumer goods sectors, to viably integrate refugees into their operations and supply chains, as well as working closely with smaller, refugee-owned or employing enterprises to provide tailored packages for strategic growth and scale, and build more refugee-inclusive value chains.
