Led multi-year program to deliver CFO and treasury management services to 30 renewable energy companies across Africa, in partnership with Power Africa's Off-Grid Project (PAOP). The program addressed a broad gap in strategic finance in the sector and resulted in $750M pipeline across 20 African countries and >$300M in private sector capital mobilized.
