A forestry business needed support to track rural operations, develop materials for grant and debt fundraising, and create farmer communications to grow network.

Clients Perspective

We are a pilot stage company without a full senior leadership team. We needed a stopgap before recruiting a COO as we headed into fundraising. We had lots of proposals to write and needed support preparing our finances for any possible due diligence. We also wanted to tidy up our branding and marketing materials.

The Analyst prepared proposals and carried out negotiations with potential partners. She improved information flow internally and helped prepare us for growth by creating a new template for our financial reporting.
