Damaris brings 15+ years of experience in the HR space – driving the people agenda through strategic performance Management, talent acquisition, learning & development and staff engagement working as Associate Director, People, Performance and Culture at KPMG East Africa, and before that, working as Group Head of Human Resources, East Africa at GT Bank, Nairobi.

Damaris is passionate about all aspects of people management, human-centered leadership,  promoting inclusiveness, equity and coaching culture.
