We are excited to introduce Tabe David Dwinger as Principal in our Nairobi office!

Tabe joins Open Capital from Bain & Company, where he was Associate Partner in the Amsterdam office. Tabe brings over 11 years of management consulting experience, working with multinationals across EMEA on strategic and operational topics.

Tabe began his career by taking on various roles in NGOs, public sector and academia before transitioning to consulting. While at Bain, Tabe worked across industries, with particular focus on Consumer products (food/beverage) and Industrial clients, supporting them on a range of topics ranging from Corporate stratey to talent/Operating Model, Operational improvement and Enterprise Tech strategy. In addition, Tabe spent some time working with financial investors in Bain’s Private Equity Group. 

Born in Nairobi, Tabe spent his formative years in developing countries and is passionate about bringing his broad business strategy experience to bear on the African continent, and working with entrepreneurs to accelerate climate-positive growth.
