Dear Friends and Partners,

In 2010, we founded Open Capital with the dual mission to advance African economies and build future generations of business leaders. A decade later, we are proud to say that we have expanded to four offices across Africa, grown our team to 120+ full-time staff, and completed over 700 engagements across 23 African countries! 

We look forward to celebrating this milestone in person when we are able, and sincerely hope you are managing through these difficult times. We are excited to have some bright spots to showcase from our first 10 years in our impact report below, including our newly articulated Theory of Change, and a few reflections we’ll bring into the future.
