Reza Fazel has been an invaluable member of Open Capital for over 8 years, and throughout his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to our mission. He has grown from Senior Analyst to leading our Humanitarian Practice, as well as key contributions across our work in energy, like the Uganda Offgrid Market Accelerator, investment readiness for small & growing businesses, transaction advisory, strategy, and many others.

He has led numerous client projects across sectors and countries and currently focuses on designing and implementing innovative market systems development approaches to the humanitarian context.

Previously, Reza worked with Deloitte Consulting in London where he advised large corporates and multinationals. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Warwick and is a returning Kenyan.
