Open Capital Advisors is excited to welcome their latest class of Business Analysts, who joined the firm in June 2016. The class consists of 7 new members with a diverse range of backgrounds, who come from some of East & Southern Africa’s top universities, including Makerere University, Strathmore University, and the University of Cape Town.

Business Analysts undergo a rigorous selection and interview process followed by an intensive on-boarding and training program that prepares them on the fundamentals of financial analysis, data presentation, oral and written communication, and many of the other client skills required at Open Capital.
