We are excited to welcome our latest class of Business Analysts, who joined the firm in early October 2014. Business Analysts join us from East Africa’s top universities and undergo a rigorous selection process as well as a demanding two-week training program that prepares them on the fundamentals of financial analysis, data presentation, oral and written communication, and many of the client skills required at Open Capital.

Our current Business Analyst class consists of five new members from the University of Nairobi and Strathmore University, who bring a diverse range of backgrounds and skill sets.
