With Africa’s population set to double by 2050, job creation has never been more important. Our friends at  Siemens Stiftung have launched a new, comprehensive report highlighting how Social Enterprises can create 1 million new jobs in the 12 African countries surveyed by 2030. The foundation is urging players in the international development ecosystem to take a look at the recommendations outlined within the study – from technical and financial support to supporting the enabling environment – to support social enterprises in their quest to create jobs.

The report was co-authored by Siemens Stiftung, OCA, Studio Nima, and Intellecap Advisory Services.
